1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STAY by Baihanbai services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. To cancel your booking, visit our cancellation page with your booking reference number and email address.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local community. All properties have the following rules: - Properties are completely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes - Please keep noise to a minimum throughout your stay, including during daytime hours, out of respect for neighbors - Parties and large gatherings are prohibited - Some properties feature traditional construction that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility Guests will be charged for restoration costs if evidence of smoking, vomiting due to alcohol consumption, excessive dirt, or damage to furniture and appliances is found. Any damage to the property or disturbance to neighbors may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay without refund.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise specified. Late check-out or early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Liability

Baihanbai LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagoya, Japan.
